Keith Klodnick

Keith Klodnick is a partner at Cohen & Company where he has worked for 25 years. As a key advisor to his clients, Keith's principal area of expertise is advising privately owned businesses, overseeing audits, reviews, tax planning and providing business consulting. He is also the former head of the Firm's Audit practice for its core practice.

His clients have a strong emphasis in wholesale and distribution industries, service-related companies, manufacturing, insurance, and broker/dealer. In particular, Keith serves as an outside “Advisor” for many of his clients. He saves them money by helping them with business issues concerning buy-sell agreements, life insurance analysis, IC-DISC implementations, retirement plan reviews, securing bank financing, and retirement plan analysis and restructuring to help owners maximize their contributions.
 
Keith is a former member of the Cohen & Company Board of Directors, and serves as a mentor to many of the staff. He is a member of the Ohio State Diamond Club, KSKJ Fraternal Lodge 226, American Institute of CPAs and Ohio Society of CPAs, treasurer of several privately held companies, assisting with their numerous financing issues, and Co-Leader of the firm’s Wholesale & Distribution Group.
 
Keith's educational background includes a B.A. in Certified Public Accounting from The Ohio State University, where he was a 4-year letter winner and former co-captain of the baseball team. He coaches youth football and baseball, and lives with his wife, Angela, and their two children live in Brecksville, Ohio.
