Dawn is a single mom residing in Avon with her two teenage boys, Keegan and Landon. She has been a teacher for 24 years, currently teaching 5th grade Science at Dover Intermediate School in Westlake.
Dawn has been a volunteer for Prayers From Maria for the past few years, helping at Maria’s Fields of Hope in Avon and Sandusky, the Christmas Shop, driving the Prayers From Maria Ice Cream Wagon to events, and helping at the Sunflower Wine Festival and Soirée.
Volunteering for Prayers From Maria is very important to Dawn. Being able to have a small part in spreading hope and helping to find cures for childhood cancers drives her passion to be a part of the PFM Team.
